PSX Emulator CDDA Support

Hey guys and girls, i tried everything to get Tomb Raider working and after several hours of finding a Solution I thought that RecalBoxOS PSX emulator doesnt support CDDA? If so, is it possible to support CDDA? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compact_Disc_Digital_Audio
