JOYSTICK ARCADE USB ZERO DELAY

Hello, I have 2 arcade controllers with (1 ZERO DELAY / 1 ARC CONTROLER) I have the latest version of RECALBOX installed on a PC (clean installation) the problem is that when configuring the controllers they recognize all the buttons in both cases, the problem lies in that when starting the game one of the buttons does not work (only 1) it always stops working the button that stops working is the second controller depending on the order in which they are connected it is always the second controller. If anyone has had that problem I hope you can guide me.
