SSn hyper neogeo x64 too fast

hello all, i use a pc in my bartop to use recalbox, i use mame 2010 to laucnh samourai shodown hyper neogeo x64, it's works like a charm, but the emulation speed is too fast, i don't see in emulation otpion how to stick the ips at a constant setting. can someone helps??
