PS3 controller paired but don't work in games

Hi,
I run Recalbox 9 on my RPI4 and I successfully paired my 2 non official PS3 controllers.
But when I try to use them in a game, pressing a button have no effect in the game.

I tried retroach emulatiors (also tried to modify the controller configuration but each button is marked as unavaillable) and in non-retroach one like ppsspp. The result is the same, can use the controller.

Can someone help me please.
