duckstation issues

Hi to all:

Im having some issues on duckstation, i want to disable Vsync parameter, once i do it, games run much better, but when i close the game, and i enter again , vsync is enable, at it happend again and again...
all others setting keeps as i configured, but not Vsync,
any suggestions??
