GPD Win 16:9 HELP

I have been trying for hours to get Recallbox to switch to Landscape orientation on the EmulationStation menu. I need help. Before anyone says why dont I just use Ubuntu and install on top. I did. I don't like the feel of it.

@Zing the documentation doesn’t cover anything other than the Pi at least from what I can tell and have read. The GPD Win is x64. I dug into the system files through ssh to see if I could modify a config file to adjust the display through there but you can’t modify the file and the Sudo or su function doesn’t exist. I didn’t think to use chmod though to adjust the permissions.
