Best mini pc to play any console not to expensive ?

Hello, confinement requires, I'm trying to distract myself with recalbox.
I would like to buy a cheap pre-assembled mini pc that would be compatible up to the gamecube and PS2 see wii.
The goal being to have a small, inexpensive console that allows me to play the huge collection from my sofa.
I would like some advice on what to buy.
