Afer scrape all my roms very slow shutdown

Well, I do all the scrape of my roms(about 8000 ) and after that when I shutdown the recalbox I need about 4 minutes to see the black screen, before scrape the shutdown only need about 30 seconds, It´s any form to optimize the shutdown? I have a Raspberry pi 2 overclocked(1050mhz) and my sd it´s a toshiva 32gb class 10 Thanks
