Pandora's Box controller

I have recently built an arcade with recalbox x86_64 image. I am using the usb encoder that came with the pandora's box. Recal box recognizes the controller but when I go to configure it the up and left directions arent registering. I ran jtest and its shows no response to the up and left directions. Also both joysticks are registering as one player.

@alex-blassingame it is really easy to install the zero delay ribbon cable to the joystick wrong on a Pandora’s box joystick. Unplug the ribbon cable from the joystick, rotate that plug end over and install to the joystick. This should fix the problem. Hope that helps.
