Recent update NO SOUND

hello, i just updated recalbox lastnight 7-7-18 via automatic update and now i have no sound at all from my pc. i am running recalbox flashed onto a HDD.

@xchrisx have you Tried audio menu and then sound level ?
Else, you try modify sound un the web page http://Recalbox
In my case I use jack and it’s the only menu Where I can set this

Run ssh, go TERM=xterm alsamixer, unmute olayback devices and raise their volume + set the right output in ES
