What gpu works perfect for all games at 60fps?

I have a older gen i5 and runs most games ok except for psp,wii and game cube. I want to buy a gpu so all games run at 60fps what is recomend? I tryed one of my good nivida gpus out of my main pc but it would not boot.

@trentv8 well, hard to say, but gpus that are at least 2 years old have most chances to work. But it's hard to give a complete list
