PCSX - All Joysticks and Buttons are pressed to 100%.

Hello,
i installed the noobs Recalbox 4.1 image today and tried to play Gran Turismo on PCSX.
The Game loads but i cannot play it.
All Joysticks and Buttons are pressed to 100%. (Full Engine, if i try to steer to right, the joystick steers to 100%)
I tried this with the Original PS3 Controller and XBox 360 Controller.
If i play a N64 Game (Super Mario 64), then the joysticks work. If i push the joystick only a bit, Mario is walking slowly.
What can i do to solve this?
