problem with second xbox 360 controller

Hi there,
I have recalbox working on usb sticks and plugged in 2 wireless xbox 360 controller. In the menu, they work fine. But as soon as I start a game only one of them is working. The other one is totally working in the menu, but when it comes to SNES games, there ist just one button working. The START Button, and it only works as "right" button.
I configured it in the menu. Dont know what to do.
