Update failed, how can I recover?

Last night I updated to the latest Recalbox 17.12.01 through the update menu. Download got stuck at 98% and after an hour I unplugged the power and restarted again, but it didn't work anymore.

How can I recover to my previous working version of recalbox ?

I tried to format the card again but I can't read it in windows. Is my sd card dead after the failed update ? Card is Sandisk 128GB, it was working perfectly before I tried to update.

SD card isn't recognized in Partition Wizard, does this mean it's dead and can't be used anymore ?
