Can i change the language named the roms in arc emu?

hI,   In ARC emu   fba or mame4all ,We can not change the roms'name. If we did this,emu can not find out the roms ,Am i right ?   But,Can we change the define in Emulation?? or the language ? e.g. change 19XX: The War Against Destiny (usa) to 19xx: La guerre contre le destin(usa) or 19xx:運命が否決戦
