you can usethe japanese version of it called makaimura (makaimuc file name).
The title is in japanese but the experience is still there!!!

Hola, se que hace tiempo ya pero dí con la solución y queria compartirla en el foro. Existe un archivo llamado hiscore.dat ubicado en \Shares\bios\mame2003\hi pues bien solo hay que descarga**e una version antigua del mismo (old version hiscore.dat en google) y sustituirla por la actual.
