Out of range display

I tried to narrow the display range, but did not succeed

/boot/config.txt

disable_overscan=0
overscan_left=119
overscan_right=60
overscan_top=21
overscan_bottom=7
framebuffer_width=320
framebuffer_height=240

May I fix this question?
