No more display on TV
-
Good morning,
I have Raspeberry 3 with Recalbox installed.
It is connected via HDMI to my TV (Samsung).Suddenly, I no longer have any display of the games menu. I just have a black screen.
I reinstalled everything but without success.
The HDMI cable works with another PC.I created the script for the support via PC and RJ 45 connection:

Do you know how to help me?
THANKS,

Do you know how to help me?It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with your Raspberry Pi 3 running Recalbox, where the games menu is not displaying on your TV screen connected via HDMI. Since you've already reinstalled everything and verified the HDMI cable works with another PC it's possible there may be a configuration or hardware problem specific to the Raspberry Pi or Recalbox setup.

@Hina Based on the provided script, it seems you've prepared a support file for troubleshooting. To further diagnose the issue, you might consider the following steps:
Check HDMI Connection: Ensure that the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the Raspberry Pi and your TV. Try using a different HDMI port on your TV if available.
Verify Power Supply: Make sure that the Raspberry Pi is receiving sufficient power. A low-quality power supply or insufficient power can cause display issues.
Monitor Configuration: Check the display settings in Recalbox to ensure they are configured correctly for your TV's resolution and refresh rate.
Test with Another TV: If possible, try connecting the Raspberry Pi to a different TV to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is related to the TV or the Raspberry Pi.
Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure that both Recalbox and your Raspberry Pi firmware are up to date. Sometimes, firmware updates can address compatibility issues with certain hardware configurations.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may want to seek further assistance from the Recalbox community forums or support channels, as they may have additional troubleshooting steps or insights specific to your setup.
