How can we add native games (non-emulated) to "Ports"?

Is it possible to add a regular standalone native game to the "Port" list?
Retropie does allow it but I haven't found any way of doing that in Recalbox. Even the wiki only talks about adding entries to the system list using pre-existing emulators.
