Installing my Doom and Doom 2 files

Hello,   I am trying to install my doom and doom 2 files so I can run the full versions of the software.  Is there any documentation on how to do this?  I am the original owner of the files.

ive installed doom 2 and how i did this is by finding the wad files for doom then using WinSCP i located the doom rom folder inserted the wad restart recal box all worked for me
