I have Recalbox on a Rpi3.

How do I fix it, so my menu music doesn't begin until my splash screen is finished?

This is bugging me. Any help would be appreciated

@big_b hi, it's not possible. The music starts when ES is loaded and there is no way to change that.
As an alternative, if you got one music per system, you can delete the one where you Recalbox is starting or with a software, add a silence at its begining.

@gaetan OMG I'm dumb LOL. I never thought of deleting the music for the "Favorites" section, which is what mine starts on. Thanks, I'll try that.

How do I add a silence at the beginning?

@big_b to add silence maybe you can use audacity ? But I'm not sure since I didn't do it
