Finally, I modified the recalboxrgbdual.ko driver by forcing 50 Hz. Since I have a Pi2Scart which, unlike the RGB Dual, doesn’t have a 50Hz/60Hz switch, I altered the C source code so that it always runs at 50 Hz, as if I had an RGB Dual set to 50 Hz, then I recompiled it for the version I'm using (Recalbox 9.2.2-pulsar).

It works! Of course, I have to use only PAL ROMs; otherwise, Recalbox will (rightly) switch to 60 Hz mode.

I have a Raspberry PI 4 with PI2SCART, it works flawlessly with Recalbox

Now I want to use it with a TV that doesn't support 60 Hz at all: I can't browse the menus because Emulationstation (and the boot screen) starts in 240p @60 Hz. I tried everything to force it to 50 Hz, but I can't find a way to do it. Could you help me?

I'm trying to override this setting for Amiga 600:

uae4arm_resolution = "320x256"

So I put .core.cfg into /recalbox/share/roms/amiga600
with this simple content:

uae4arm_resolution = "640x256"

... but nothing changes

Am I doing anything wrong? The instructions on the wiki seem to be quite simple
