RE: "Updates games list" missing
Yep, I figured out it's only in 4.0. Can I suggest the wiki manual be updated since it says 3.3.x but it mentions features only in 4.0? Would love to run 4.0.0 but as long as it has bugs with 8BitDo Bluetooth controllers I will be sticking to 3.3. Thanks for the replies!

"Updates games list" missing
Hello, sorry if this is the wrong place to post but it seems like hardly anyone looks at the English troubleshooting forum. The manual on the wiki, under adding your games, says:
To refresh the game library, go to the Menu, then Games Settings then Update Games Lists
However, this "Update games lists" option does not appear anywhere under Games Settings for me. I am using 3.3 beta 17. Can someone please help me understand this? I'm looking for this setting because I seem to have a problem where Recalbox only sees the ROMs I add for one system at a time. I have currently added ROMs for the NES and SNES. All are in the proper directories and have the proper file extensions. However, I can't get Recalbox to "see" both the NES and SNES games at the same time. If it sees the SNES games, it shows no games at all for the NES, and vice versa.

RE: "Hold a button on your device"
Update: I installed 3.3 instead and was able to complete configuration of the controllers. It definitely seems like this is a 4.0 issue.

RE: Disabling screensaver/sleep?
Hello Acris, There does not appear to be any way to do that in Emulation Station menu. I can change the amount of time before the screensaver goes on up to 30 minutes, but not disable it completely. Perhaps it is not even really the screensaver which is the problem. The real problem seems to be that after a period of inactivity the system will stop polling for inputs from the Bluetooth controllers, even though they supposedly remain connected, and become unresponsive.

Disabling screensaver/sleep?
Is there a way to completely disable screensaver in Recalbox? After a certain period of time in screensaver, Recalbox on my RPi2 will stop responding to inputs from my Bluetooth controllers (8BitDo NES30's) even though they still -seem- to be connected (blue lights stay on). At that point, I have to pull the plug on my RPi and then plug it in again to reboot the system to get it responding again.

RE: "Hold a button on your device"
Update: I installed 3.3 instead and the controllers now both pair and allow me to configure them properly, it seems. Appears to be a 4.0 issue?

"Hold a button on your device"
I am trying to set up my 8bitdo NES30 controllers on Recalbox 4.0 via Bluetooth. They pair just fine using the instructions on the Wiki, but when I try to actually configure inputs, it says "Hold a button on your device," and none of the buttons on the controllers produce any result. Can someone please help? Thanks.

RE: Make Kodi go away?
What is this portion of the config file supposed to look like? If it's corrupt, how do I fix it? If I delete it, will recalbox autogenerate a new default one?

RE: Make Kodi go away?
Update: Made all of the changes mentioned above with Notepadd++, saved the edited conf file again, reconfigured the input on my wireless 360 controller. The LED around the Xbox button on the controller continues to blink constantly instead of fixing in the player 1 position. The Xbox button no longer starts Kodi, but pressing the X (blue) button on the system menu results in a prompt asking if I want to start Kodi. The answer is always going to be NO. Isn't there any way I can get Kodi out of my life forever? Also noticing strange sound issues in some SNES games (notably Looney Tunes B-Ball, one of my favorites); tried switching which SNES emulator is used in the conf file from pocketsnes to Snes9x (I have played this game in Snes9x before with no such problems) but it makes no difference... I am suspicious this line in the conf file is not doing anything either.
