Sure did. Doesnt help. That manual shows how to map the buttons. Which doesnt help because ring of light on the 360 controllers just keeps flashing, and doesnt allow me to map any buttons at all

Xbox 360 controller help
Ok, let me say this is my first experience with linux or raspberry pi. I have been a proud and frustrated owner of a raspberry pi 3 for about 5 weeks now. Everything seems very foreign to me, and it has been one problem after another. After repeated failures (roughly 12-15) with retropie, I abandoned it, and adopted recalbox. For the past 2 weeks, I have been trying to get a wireless controller to work, with absolutely no luck. I've been trying a wireless xbox 360, ps3, and a cheap bluetooth mini controller. None of them have worked. I have a pc wireless xbox 360 dongle and a bluetooth dongle, because the recalbox does not support the internal pi bluetooth radio (correct?). The only luck I've had is with a wired xbox 360 controller. I took a while, but I finally got the wired 360 controller to light up quadrant 1. The farthest I've got with a wireless xbox 360 controller is for the dongle to show its synced, the pi to recognize another gamepad (even though I cannot map any of the buttons) and the wireless 360 controller to flash all 4 quadrants of the light ring forever. What am I missing?
