100mb roms

hi please help me how to add more than 100mb rom files on my recalbox

Copy all roms with windows explorer.
on a windows folder put\ipadressrecalbox\share
copy and paste your roms from pc to the corretly roms folder

or by browser.

how u putt the other roms until now?
