Themes that display Thumbnails

Can anyone tell me if you can add thumbnails so that when you are scrolling through the games it will display a graphic thumbnail of the box or cartage to the side I know Lakka does this but really like the Recalbox ease of use and setup

This feature exists in Recalbox. For this, go to "scrap" menu and scrap your games.
