1. Unzip the file
2. access your recalbox via SCP
3. Make hidden folders visible in your SCP tool
4. copy the theme folder into share/system/.emulationstation/themes
5. Done

Thanks a lot for this awesome theme! I verified the XML file and it seems all good. But I still can't get the wondwerswan color logo to show up.

Any ideas? Thanks!
