Support for Khadas Edge 2 Pro

Hello Recalbox team and users,

I wanted to plant the seed to support this powerful and very capable SBC: https://www.khadas.com/edge2

Since it is an arm based computer, with decent documentation and support, I assume a new distro could be built using knowledge from RPi and Odroid version.

Just my two cents, maybe other users would like to use this board for their emulation needs?
