RB 6.1.1 64 Bit problems

Hi

i can not run NeoGeo and SNES roms on my i5 PC with RB 6.1.1 64bit version.

Same roms are working on my old Pentium 3 PC with RB 6.1.1 32bit version.

Maybe you can fix it soon.
