It can run N64, Dreamcast and PSP with no issues. See below for a demo:

I think it runs some games / platforms better than the RPi3. But for example the N64 does not even run all games perfectly on the best PC machine because it is not only hardware dependent but also software. And some emulator do not perfectly emulate.
