Recalbox on RP3 & PS3 Controller

Hi all, I searched for weeks the internet now to find a solution, but as I couldn't find any working one, I decided to ask you for help. As you can read from the headline, I am using Recalbox on a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B. Everything is working well except my PS3 Controllers. They are official/ original but they just won't be detected by Recalbox. I did how it was desribed in the F.A.Q. Plugged it in with the cable, waited for 10 seconds and then pressed the PS-Button. Nothing happens. As the RP3 has built in Bluetooth, I am not using any dongles. Could this just be incompatible? How you can help me.   Thank you!

Hi, Built-in bluetooth for RPi3 is not yet supported. You need a dongle.
