the update form 6.0 to 6.1 dont overwrite the files that have the same names.<br />
This is a bit prob if the files change (for example readme.txt bios files), u dont have the last version and cannot check them (only by browser u can check them)<br />
I dont know if there are other changes that need the "last file version".<br />
maybe on update overwrite some folders and not other (configurations).</p>

we are talking about readme.txt files, or bios.txt.<br />
its no sense because these files have all infos, and the infos changes with the update.<br />
i understand, roms, or bios files, but txt?!? if txt file change need to update them.</p>
