Bluetooth Dongle Stopped Working

I had everything set up, and working. Yesterday when i booted up my rpi2, my bluetooth dongle stopped working, and it wasn't blinking (its light blinks if it's working). If I plug the dongle into my laptop it blinks, and it doesn't when it is in the pi. I read some forums and tried the commands hciconfig hci0 up, then hcitool dev, then hciconfig hci0 piscan and when i press enter, it starts working. I also checked if it can detect BT devices and it does. But once I reboot, it always stops working and stops blinking. Can anybody help me with this issue? Thanks, Oliver
