Ma Recalbox tourne sur un Raspberri Pi 4 B+, connecter via un cables composite RCA sur un vieille ecran LCD à Tube Sony.

J'ai tout paramétré, suivi les tutos pour brancher en composite 4/3, regardé les forums, mais rien à faire.
J'ai essayé d'activer l'overscan : aucun effets, pas de changements.
J'ai l'impression qu'il y a un conflit ou un bug dans la résolution ou le ratio.. Je ne comprend pas.

Kannst du an deinem TV Einstellungen zum Bildformat vornehmen?
Probier mal ein paar andere Werte in Zeile 13 und 14 deiner config Datei.
In der Dokumentation vom Raspberry sind die Werte aufgelistet, die du benutzen und testen kannst:

Du könntest auch die Zeile 8 auskommentieren um in den HDMI "safe" mode zu kommen.

Right now I am able to load games with my P2 Joystick being selected as P1 in the configuration menu, and my P1 Joystick as P2. But when I load games with two players it comes up a yellow text at the bottom of the screen saying that GPIO controller 1 is not configured, so I'm guessing that has to be the issue.

Ich würde das Übertakten ohne passende Hardwareerweiterung erst gar nicht durchführen.
Deine Pi brennt schneller durch als du denkst..

Wie bereits von @abunille erwähnt, werden viele PSP nicht funktionieren, da das Blech drunter nicht die benötigte Power bringt.
